How to clean up our Government?

The first thing is the hardest thing to do in today’s fast pace world!
We must join together and elect one person guaranteed
to help us get the country back on track to being the best country
 in the world,
by signing a letter of intent,
 "if lying we are firing!"
So!
There is an old tried and true ‘Yiddish saying’, “Put the bubbe to bed.”
It connotes lots of hugs and love and food… way too much food.
No matter how good we remember them to be,
it might be time to
“Retire the old’
and give the 'new a try'?
I only say this because, in this 'fast pace world' we are now living in
we have shown for years that we will not elect the old?
John McCain, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden,
Ted Cruz, John Kasich, Jeb Bush, Lincoln Chafee,
Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Martin O’Malley,
Rand Paul, Mike Huckabee and so on.

If we get it wrong again, four more years of the cesspool swamp
of lying scum that 'could change our government'
into a Russian run dictatorship government forever!

Also Remember the Boeing 737 max?
Too young and it might be just another guess what?

Whoever this person might be, we must find
and get behind that person ASAP!
If we only clean up a swamp by 55%
the scum still in the swamp
will take back control of the swamp ASAP!
So!
2nd is to shore up the House of Representatives.
If we leave a cesspool only 25% clean/clear
it will stay stagnated!
So!
3rd and along with the 2nd,
is to clean up the stagnated pollution in the senate!
‘Vinegar and elbow grease’ will clean rust!
So!
‘Vote and voting together’ will clean up congress!

Once we get congress cleaned up,
we can use our power to get congress
to use their power to impeach judges
that vote against our country and her citizens!
Let's take back our Country?

Nuff Said!

trump talk about 'white nationalism'?

trump thinks?
March 15, 2019 5:20 pm
trump says he doesn’t see rise in white nationalism
after New Zealand mosque attacks, say what???
Why won't trump talk about white nationalism?
Because he enables and supports it!!!
After another horrific massacre committed by a white supremacist, trump sees a
"small group"
that's no big deal
trump thinks,
Already I’m in trouble because anything after
(trump thinks),
that is not followed by
“Only about trump”
Is in danger of ‘hells-fires!!!
Or
Just plain striped?

Today another attack on Aspirin!

While talking Low Dose
we are seeing a regular bottle of aspirin,
why is that do you suppose?

Two pack wall mart aspirin $6.00
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the following.
dabigatran (Pradaxa) The cost for Pradaxa oral capsule 75 mg is around $427 for a supply of 60 capsules, depending on the pharmacy you visit. Prices are for cash paying customers only and are not valid with insurance plans. Pradaxa is available as a brand name drug only, a generic version is not yet available.
rivaroxaban (Xarelto) There are currently no generic alternatives for Xarelto. It is covered by most Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower. The lowest GoodRx price for the most common version of Xarelto is around$451.91, 18% off the average retail price of $553.65.
apixaban (Eliquis) The cost for Eliquis oral tablet 2.5 mg is around $472 for a supply of 60 tablets, depending on the pharmacy you visit. Prices are for cash paying customers only and are not valid with insurance plans.
edoxaban The cost for Savaysa oral tablet 15 mg is around $388 for a supply of 30 tablets, depending on the pharmacy you visit. Prices are for cash paying customers only and are not valid with insurance plans.
warfarin The cost for Coumadin oral tablet 1 mg is around $224 for a supply of 100 tablets, depending on the pharmacy you visit. Prices are for cash paying customers only and are not valid with insurance plans.
Daily low-dose aspirin no longer recommended as heart attack preventative for healthy adults
March 18, 2019
I do not recommend anyone going against their doctors
recommended treatment
for heart problems like ‘A-Fib’
or,
in my case ‘Cardiomyopathy’
however I can still question,
after all,
so far,
this is still a
(Free Country)???
Every year it would seem that
‘Pharmaceutical companies
and their
 ‘Paid Puppets’
try to down play the use of Aspirins!
This ad has little to no use while talking ‘Bad Heart Problems’ however it is one of many I have seen since
I must use aspirins because other ‘more expensive drugs' cause me to bleed internally!'
“Aspirin should be limited to people at the highest risk of cardiovascular disease and a very low risk of bleeding,” However, for anyone who has had a stroke, heart attack, open-heart surgery or stents inserted to open clogged arteries, aspirin can be life-saving.
“Ultimately, we must individualize treatment for each patient, based on their individual situation,” Campbell said.

What happens to the Democratic Party every election year?

History is telling the Democratic Party
to look backwards
 in order to improve
 this country’s future!
The leaders of the Democratic Party get that

“Me Only Disease”!
And
The Leaders of the party
allow a non-Democratic
in to
destroy their election!
The only way to rid our party
of old corrupt greedy outsiders
is to elect an
old tried and true opponent to this invader!

Starting in 1971 we have had at least four
'3rd party candidates'
take votes from the Democratic party.
Dr. Benjamin Spock

Margaret Wright.

Ralph Nader
Bernie Sanders
Just to name a few!
Remember the People's Party (United States, 1971)
Check out the political problems
to the democratic party just since 1971?
The People's Party was a political party in the United States, founded in 1971 by various individuals and state and local political parties, including the Peace and Freedom Party, Common good People's Party, Country People's Caucus, Human Rights PartyLiberty Union, New American Party, New Party (Arizona), and No Party.
The party's goal was to present a united anti-war platform for the coming election.
The People's Party ran for the presidency two times.
First in U.S. presidential election, 1972 with Dr. Benjamin Spock (an American pediatrician and author of parenting books) as their candidate.
The party also contested the U.S. presidential election, 1976.
The presidential candidate this time was Margaret Wright.
Dr. Spock was the Party's candidate for vice president.
Remember Ralph Nader?
Spoiler controversy
1972
Campaign button from the 1972 effort to draft Nader to be the candidate for the New Party
Ralph Nader's name appeared in the press as a potential candidate for president for the first time in 1971, when he was offered the opportunity to run as the presidential candidate for the New Party,
a progressive split-off from the Democratic Party in 1972.
Chief among his advocates was author Gore Vidal, who touted a 1972 Nader presidential campaign in a front-page article in Esquire magazine in 1971.
Psychologist Alan Rockway organized a "draft Ralph Nader for President" campaign in Florida on the New Party's behalf.
Nader declined their offer to run that year;
the New Party ultimately joined with the People's Party in running Benjamin Spock in the 1972 presidential election.
Spock had hoped Nader in particular would run, getting "some of the loudest applause of the evening" when mentioning him at the University of Alabama.
Spock went on to try to recruit Nader for the party among over 100 others, and indicated he would be "delighted" to be replaced by any of them even after he accepted the nomination himself.
Nader received one vote for the vice-presidential nomination at the 1972 Democratic National Convention.
1992
Button from 1992
Nader stood in as a write-in for "none of the above" in both the 1992 New Hampshire Democratic and Republican Primaries and received 3,054 of the 170,333 Democratic votes and 3,258 of the 177,970 Republican votes cast.
He was also a candidate in the 1992 Massachusetts Democratic Primary, where he appeared at the top of the ballot (in some areas, he appeared on the ballot as an independent).
1996
Campaign button from 1996
Nader was drafted as a candidate for President of the United States on the Green Party ticket during the 1996 presidential election.
He was not formally nominated by the Green Party USA, which was, at the time, the largest national Green group;
instead he was nominated independently by various state Green parties (in some states, he appeared on the ballot as an independent).
However, many activists in the Green Party USA worked actively to campaign for Nader that year.
Nader qualified for ballot status in 22 states, garnering 685,297 votes or 0.71% of the popular vote (fourth place overall), although the effort did make significant organizational gains for the party.
He refused to raise or spend more than $5,000 on his campaign, presumably to avoid meeting the threshold for Federal Elections Commission reporting requirements;
the unofficial Draft Nader committee could (and did) spend more than that, but the committee was legally prevented from coordinating in any way with Nader himself.
Nader received some criticism from gay rights supporters for calling gay rights "gonad politics" and stating that he was not interested in dealing with such matters.
However, more recently, Nader has come out in support of same-sex marriage.
His 1996 running mates included: Anne Goeke (nine states), Deborah Howes (Oregon), Muriel Tillinghast (New York), Krista Paradise (Colorado), Madelyn Hoffman (New Jersey), Bill Boteler (Washington, D.C.), and Winona LaDuke (California and Texas).
At least September 2014.
Though he had previously run as an independent, he routinely caucused with the Democratic Party, as many of his views align with Democrats.
Running as a Democrat made it easier to participate in debates and get his name on state ballots.
Sanders's chief competitor for the nomination was Hillary Clinton, a former secretary of state. Sanders drew large crowds to his speaking events and his populistsocialist, and social democratic politics won him particular support among Americans under 40. He performed strongly with white voters, but consistently trailed Clinton by 30 or more percentage points among black voters; polls showed a close race among Hispanic voters.
The leaders of the Democratic Party get that
“Me Only Disease”!

Ilhan omar hijab needs to check up on her religion and its history?

As an old retired warrior and a wannabe history buff,
I remember the times that Arab countries attacked their little neighboring country of Israel,
at least several times just since WW-2!
They lost each time because 'this country' (our country), did not allow 'bully countries'
 abusing their neighbors!
Until now when only money talks and 'Right walks'!
All of the decedents from Ishmael
hate all for the decedents from Isaac.
Read up on their history so you can find out how and why?
If you have a problem finding books or internet sites on their history,
I have a real good 'history book'
to suggest reading,
'you will love the author' as do I!
Many other books
agree with this history book
so you will want to read them also.
I was an Independent once in my life, forced into it by the democrat and republican party in that town!
I was a democrat in name only in order to be able to get any news as to what was on going in the political arena!
I was never a republican,
although I did vote for Eisenhower and McCain once.
Ilhan omar hijab needs to check up on her religion and its history?
Palestinians have bombed, sends missile into, and shot Jews, every time the world would get Israel to back off a little!

Tlaib is endorsed by the Democratic Socialists of America, a burgeoning left-wing group that also counts New York Democratic congressional nominee Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez among its members.
Omar, in addition to being one of the first Muslim women in Congress, will also be the first Somali-American member.
She came to the US more than two decades ago as a refugee.
Tlaib actually campaigned with Omar ahead of the latter's primary race earlier this year.
Omar also had the backing of Ocasio-Cortez in her primary race, and she will come to Congress having been an open critic of the Israeli government's treatment of Palestinians.
Omar will take the seat vacated by Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress. Ellison is leaving Congress as he vies to become Minnesota attorney general.

What is a Christian?

What is a Christian?
As a 'Native Spiritual Teacher' on the internet, it is a right to know?
There are thousands of Christians preaching their religion.
There are almost as many Christian building preaching their religion.
There are also many Christian people in Christian Buildings preaching their version of a Christian.
The problem for people 'Not Christians' on 'Mother Earth' watching and hearing all of this preaching, is finding the reason for all of those preachers preaching Christian religion and what is Christian?
Some Christian Preacher
 ‘got it right.’
Some Christian Preachers
'Got it Wrong' and some still do'!
Following a leader, their leader president,
so far off the teaching
of their God
is WRONG!
And yet they follow like lambs to the slaughter!
Tim Tebow
 ‘got it right.’
So, for all of the ‘Spiritual Teachers’ out in this 'Never, Never Land' trying to help 'other non Christians' find out what being a Christian is?
Help us to understand what was, is and seems to always be the normal on the internet and in our courts?
According to their bible, the word of their god, it is simple.
Tim Tebow
The former Heisman Trophy winner, NFL quarterback, and now New York Mets minor league outfielder became popular with Christian sports fans and spectators for his outspoken faith and the way he displayed it during games, like kneeling in prayer in the end zone to celebrate a touchdown. Tebow has also written several books and supported philanthropic organizations like Cure International.
Many, many
 'Christian Preachers out in
'Never, Never Land'
‘got it wrong.’
Mike Huckabee
Pat Robertson
Jerry Falwell Jr.
Mike Pence
T.V. Evangelist
Jim Bakker

Just to name a few of the many
that got it wrong and are still getting it WRONG!
Following a leader,
 their leader president,
so far off the teaching of their God
 is WRONG!

And yet they follow like lambs to the slaughter!
