Government jobs were set up as a volunteer employment

Government jobs were set up as a volunteer employment (For the People)!

If you remember your U.S. History,

our forefathers in their infinite wisdom,

set up your government as a way to break from past monarch government

way to keep you poor instead, (a government of the people for the people),

sound familiar?

Abe Lincoln remembered!

As of yesterday, this form of government is lost

(Forever)!

The first government in the United States of the America, was with 'Rich Business People'

working for you 'WITHOUT PAY',

because none of them needed to be paid!

Today people like Bernie Sanders, poor and now a 'Millionaire running for office.

People like trump, a bad businessman, now able to take your hard earned tax-money to do with as he pleases!

A person like Rick Scott, able to sell off federally protected land in Florida and now America,

to advance his personal business adventures!

why is it now a bad thing for

a proven Mayor of a large City in a large state,

to pay his or her way, without your hard earned taxes to work for you once again

and make this the land

Who is in Charge of the Impeachment Trial?

Who is in Charge of the Senates Presidential Impeachment Trial?

(It is not the president being impeached)!

I have checked our ‘Constitution’, by-laws, each signer of the constitution, and any add-ons,

I can tell you beyond any shadow of doubt, that it is not the president being impeached’!

It is not any senators; it is the (Chief Justice of the Supreme Court).

Sen. Mitch McConnell supposes that it’s up to him to determine the way (president donald trump’s impeachment trial), will proceed in the Senate.

“Everything I do during this,

I’m coordinating with the White House counsel,”

he declared last week, and pledged to use his power as majority leader

to assure trump’s triumphant acquittal.

But McConnell is wrong:

It is Chief Justice John Roberts, not the majority leader, who will be making all the key decisions.

This is the plain meaning of the

Senate’s “Rules of Procedure and Practice”

currently in force for the conduct of impeachments.

These rules explicitly provide that the chief justice “shall” preside over the trial, that it is the

“Presiding Officer”

Who

“shall direct all forms of the proceedings,”

and that he may

“rule on all questions of evidence including,

but not limited to, questions of relevancy, materiality, and redundancy of evidence.”

A new poll of registered Democrats has Hillary Clinton as their top choice for the 2020 Democratic Party presidential nomination — and she’s not even running.

The online Harris Poll survey released by the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard found that Clinton placed first with 21% of the vote, followed closely by former Vice President Joe Biden at 20%, Sen. Bernie Sanders at 12%, Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 9% and former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg at 7%.

It polled 1,859 voters and was conducted between Nov. 27 and 29 of this year.

Pollsters also surveyed respondents without Clinton in the race — and Biden came out first, with 29% of the vote, followed by Sanders at 16% and Warren at 13%.

Clinton has repeatedly said she is not running for president again, though she did tell the UK’s “Graham Norton Show” over the weekend that she’s been “deluged” with pleas to do just that.

“I’d have to make up my mind really quickly,” she said, “because it’s moving very fast.”

Clinton narrowly lost the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump. Despite winning the popular vote with 65.8 million ballots to trump’s 62.9 million, Clinton lost the Electoral College 304-227.
