Mueller held his FBI role from 2001-13,
serving under
presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama,
following a career in both the
public and private sectors,
including several years as a federal prosecutor.
He
also served in the
Vietnam War as a Marine
and
is a
Purple Heart recipient.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University,
a master’s degree in
international relations from New York University,
and
a law degree from the
University of Virginia
Who
is Donald John Trump?
The son of a wealthy apartment-building developer in New
York’s Queens Borough, Trump graduated from the University
of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance in
1968.
In that year he was diagnosed with bone spurs in both heels,
which
qualified him for a permanent medical exemption
from the
(he had received four earlier deferments for education).
He went to work in his father’s company, the Trump Organization,
and
worked to
expand its holdings of rental housing.
Trump
did well at the academy, both socially and academically, rising to be a star
athlete and student leader by the time he graduated in 1964.
During the summers,
Trump worked for his father's company
at the construction sites.
