is a plan to work on

the infrastructure in our country?

So

Let’s do this the correct way.

By this I mean

do not do what was tried

with the infrastructure

in Puerto Rico?

This federal government must send vouchers

(Paid only if used in state by state citizens if and when possible or the vouchers will become (null and void), and only to rebuild the states infrastructure.

Keep the money and the jobs in this country and in each state!

This also means that governors cannot put the money into a senate run coffer and/or pockets and senators and/or representatives cannot do likewise!
