Question?
If states can place
their power grids, oil & gas pipelines?
We need to think
about this while there is a president in office that actually cares about you
with federal help?
Why not water from
the ocean, lakes and rivers?
Some of the ‘western
states are in deserts’ however people do live there.
So at points along
the power grids oil or/and gas lines one could also include ‘Water Fire Hydrant and salt to fresh water distilleries.
One might wish to
include trash to electric and city sewer?
